I had installed this App on my old Android phone which was damaged last week. After installing it on my new Smartphone, I faced a common problem; I do not remember the login details. ReplyDeleteDo you remember the Phone number and e-mail address while registering? If yes, check for the email or sms send from IRCTC.
If you do not remember e-mail address and phone number, write to care@irctc.co.in

ReplyDeleteIf you do not have the email from IRCTC having the user ID, you need to check your phone. IRCTC sends user id and password to the registered mobile number.
If you do not have both email and SMS, you need to register your complaint to recover the lost IRCTC user id by sending a request to the following email address.
